Hi, I am 14 years old and i recentlly dicovered a soft but firm lump attached to my left testicle. I did some research and found out that i might be a spermatocele. I've read that they're harmless but i want to be sure. Is it best if I tell my parents and get it checked up? Thanks a lot in advance.
Yes get it checked by a doctor and tell your parents. Better safe than sorry.
