If you are not on Hormones . Get some Black Co hosh, it will stop the wet hair in the a.m. --I promise. I take HRT when I went into menopause to avoid alot of things without it. I did try Black cohosh and it worked.
thanks francine ive come off hrt 5wks ago glad to be off it as i was on it for 7yrs so i will be off to the health store in the morning
It works great. My Dr. wants me to take estradiol for 5 yrs to avoid anymore weight gain, etc. I went to Puritain's pride and had a regular order.
i will buy it localy and see how it goes ,why would your doctor want you to take hrt to avoid weight gain ?? i thought that hrt would cause weight gain maybe im missing something ?
Well no matter what I gained over 30 lbs overnight when I had my total hysterectomy. Apparently HRT will help prevent stroke and high blood pressure.
I use sure maximum protection, I also noticed something called biosen in boots yesterday, this doesn't contain aluminium for people who don't want to use deodorants with this ingredient. X
Tru some oil of oregano, Ashwaghdha, 5HRT. I take them everykday. I don't seem t have the meno symtoms as others.
Hi Linda
Maca Root is excellent for sweating related to hot flashes. Start at 500mg and work your way up till it controls your hot flashes. Good luck
Hi - I tried everything to get rid of my sweats, they drove me insane sleepless nights it was all too much & very expensive. I went to my well women clinic & went on HRT, brilliant no sweats & good night sleep! I do also suffer from feeling quite low, which I take Vit B12 (still feel low) & body pain I take magnesium/calcium/zinc/d3 (combination pill) which really helps manage the bone & muscle pain!
oh that answers my question ive not had a hysterectomy
yes i have heard of it thanks i remember reading about it i think health store in my city here in ireland have it .might check that out
thats the problem barbara ive come of hrt and dont want to go back im 5 wks since i took it
My hysterectomy pushed me into Menopause. The night sweats are perimenopause. Take some black cohosh. I was 45 and had fibroids , so I was not menopausal at the time. Good luck
Good luck. I noticed your message cam extremely early in the a.m. Hopefully, you are not suffering with insomnia which valerian root and chamomile can be of great help for sleep and inflammatin as well.
thanks donna
