the saliva in my mouth tastes sweet ALL the time and my mouth feels dry. I’m producing enough saliva dr says even though its thick. sjorgens ruled out via saliva gland biopsy but its becoming annoying and causing poor oral habits as I’m always sucking saliva in my mouth eapcially from my lower lip and my tongue is becoming sore and calloused diabetes ruled out as well
