Swelling around meatus

hello,

over the past year i have had multiple issues in my groin area . From a nasty peeling rash that eventually went away, to bumps on my scrotum that caused me to go for a full spectrum of STD tests(all of which came back negative) Now for the past few months i have noticed swelling around the opening of my penis. The swelling seems to have dropped significantly since i started taking anti inflammatory medication for my back.

I have been to two doctors and they don’t seem to know what to make of i![ The swelling seems to only be Noticeable when the opening is closed. The Embarrassment this makes me feel just looking at it has ruined my sex life with my girlfriend of 3 years … i just want to know what this is and move on with my life . please help .

I sure empathise with you calling yourself “Scaredguy”! I am no expert, but what you seem to be describing is a clear case of Meatal Stenosis - you have been to two Doctors and they do not know what to make of this?!
The second image you have posted does not display correctly and I am wondering if you are Circumcised? Also, are you in the UK or elsewhere?
There is a USA based Urologist (Tang3) sometimes answers forum posts on here, so he would advise you best, as he has actually had Meatal Stenosis. If he does not pick-up on your post this is what I would suggest:
Go to a Specialist Sexual Health Service and ask for a consultation with a Duty Urologist. If you are in the UK (in case you don’t know, obviously!) General Hospitals have GUM Clinics (search GUM Clinics near me) - alternatively, many large cities across the World have Walk-in Sexual Health Centres you can go to for free.
If you like doing your own Internet searches search for:

  • Meatal Stenosis - Urology Association - this will link you to professional bodies such as the Urology Care Foundation … the information given will help you decide whether this is what you have or not. Whatever the case get to a Sexual Health Service and get this sorted …
