You have a series of flat-topped purplish lesions, one of which is a plaque close to the coronal sulcus and also covering part of the glans penis. You say they are not painful, but are these areas itchy?
I suspect you have lichen planus (Google), a skin condition, not an STD. Please read more about the condition in DermnetNZ and check if you’ve noticed changes to other parts of your skin, including your nails and inside your mouth.
It’s not serious, but you should see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment.
