For about four weeks I've noticed some swelling under the opening of penis. No pain, itching, or discharge just relatively doesn't look right. Same color as foreskin most of them but sometimes a little red after sex. I'm In a relationship and tested negative for all STDs. Girlfriend doesn't have anything. Doctor said it was nothing to worry about but it is not going away. Any idea what it could be?
