Does anyone feel as though the back of your throat, roof of mouth and sometimes nose feels swollen?
Also I am a very active person ( helps keep my mind off it) but in the evenings I am really tired about 6.30.Does anyone find it drains you mentally? Glad this group is here. Thankyou.

You are doing the right thing by staying busy. An idle mind is a dangerous mind. I’ve struggled with anxiety, panic and globus for most of my life. I had globus 24/7 for 5 years then one day as quick as it came it left. I still get a sensation once in a while. I try not to focus on it ....
if I do it grows into a monster. Hope things improve for you. You are not alone.
Thank you for your kind answer. I'm hoping some day it might just disappear. Doc thinks it may be due to acid reflux. Anyway at least not in pain but it is a difficult thing to cope wuth. Glad you don't get it much now. Best wishes.
