just wondering if anyone has had swelling in both feet and ankles. especially around there period time! I have and its making me so worried
oh yes!! Started with me around 40..off and on but ALWAYS right before period started, like 2 or 3 days before. I’ve found that walking daily and lots of water helps it to not happen.
