i have an under active thyroid am taking levo and suffering with swollen ankle ..can anyone advise.
hi ! I HAVE UNDER ACTIVE THYROID ALSO AND SUFFER FROM SWOLLEN ANKLES.i havent found a cure but i try to get my feet above hip level when i sit down.i also have a triangular pillow that i put my feet on at night when i am sleeping.I find these actions help.I also make sure that my footwear is very comfortableand i avoid going to places that are very hot as this seems to start the swelling.I also find if i indulge in an extra glass of wine,my ankles are more inclined to swell!
