hello,
i have a dentist apt next month for a cleaning. in the mean time i am a bit worried. i seem to have a small bump on my gum line on a molar tooth. i am very worried that there is an infection. i have no symptoms of infection or pain. gums are in normal color, pink. the only time i feel a pain is when i overly think about it. i am just scared something bad will happen until my apt. also i cannot go sooner as i am waiting for my insurance to kick in.
my friend thinks i will be fine and i just need a cleaning and that i am over thinking it. the pain/ discomfort happens when i have anxiety over it or worry about it
