Hi, I have this hard bulging vein right under my glans which feels like a coil wrapped around it. When pressed it feels quite hard to touch and sometimes it hurts a little too when I touch that area of my penis. I have had it for the past 2 years (could be more I don't remember the exact timeline of when it appeared). It resembles something known as "Sclerosing Lymphangitis" exactly but according to google it resolves on its own in few weeks so I'm not sure why mine is there for the past couple of years.
I have shown this to many doctors but they seem to be clueless and quite dismissive about it. I recently got a penile ultrasound also done (without the papaverine injection) and it came out perfectly fine. I specifically asked the doctor to put the scan device at that area but he said it's perfectly normal.
About 3 years back I did unprotected sex and I got genital warts at that exact same area. I applied Podophyllin topical to treat that. Could this be somehow related to that?
I have many other symptoms that I get sometimes like itching, inflammation, sore and painful glans, pelvic pain, extremely cold scrotum which feels like its burning from inside and most of them start after I ejaculate. Sometimes the pelvic pain lasts a whole day. And I also feel like my erection isn't as strong as it used to be (I'm just 26 years old). I don't know if all of this is related to that swollen vein/lymph node.
For the past few months I have applied Tacrolimus, Hirudal Cream (Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate), Placentrex Gel and many other moisturizing creams along with countless multivitamins and antihistamines but there seems to be no difference whatsover.
If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, please let me know. I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling so defeated hence posting here. Attaching the images where it's clearly visible right under the glans.

I do not think anything is wrong. You can have many veins in that area. When you press on it you are going to get more blood in it so it will be hard. There are so many veins in the penis you can see them all over.
Also I think you are putting to much cream on it. You look very moist. You do have a natural oil on the penis. Just use warm water to wash…

Hi Ken, firstly thanks for taking the time to reply. Actually I was just pressing hard so that the vein looks evidently visible in the picture. But the problem is that it is always bulging out and it feels stiffer to touch than all the other veins. And if it was normal then why does it feel sore when I touch that region of my penis. That’s why I’m concerned. I would have ignored it otherwise. I even sent these pics to a doctor online recently and he also said it is Sclerosing Lymphangitis. But he just prescriped me Tacrolimus which I have already applied for the past few months and it didn’t do anything for this issue. I don’t know what to do anymore.
And regarding the shininess of my penis, actually I struggled with fungal infection and balanitis for years and I applied lots of steroids unknowingly for prolonged time which led to severe drying and wrinkling of my penis head. That’s the reason I applied all these creams that I mentioned above. It is kind of better now. I just apply either coconut oil or evening primrose oil now. It helps me with the dryness but the glans is still sore and hurts a little when it touches the underwear. That’s another concern that is driving me crazy. I just want my penis to feel normal again like damn.
