Does anyone else with health anxiety experience swollen lymph nodes? Every time i get a bad period of anxiety, i notice a node in my neck gets bigger and sometimes my underarms ache.
I do experience now underams ache and I have anxiety.
anxiety can affect the entire body. Yes, I do believe anxiety can cause this. I have had it myself. However I also believe that everyone should have a complete physical check up at the doctors at least once a year.

thats why it’s important to take care of yourself. Make sure you are eating healthy, limit sugar, alcohol and caffeine. Boosting your immune system will help fight off anxiety and other illnesses. Stay hydrated and get some exercise .
ive hand anxiety my entire life and I know for sure that it can affect the health, make you feel tired and even depressed which lowers your immune system.
