Hi everyone
I'm very much worried, i have swollen lymph nodes in the armpit and groin, and my stomach hurts after I eat sweet things or when um too hungry.I think I also have sores at the back of my mouth .I would to ask if advanced stomach ulcer can cause lymph nodes to swell, and also if there are certain infections that cause lymph nodes to swell without paining. I'm booked for7
Hi
It can mean a number of things from the common cold to other disorders
The doctor will investigate and hopefully get a diagnosis and can be treated with medication or other means
But they are painless, i have been sick from the age of 17 could it be that I'm developing cancer maybe , do swollen painless lymph nodes always show up because of cancer??
No not at all
Infections can cause lymph nodes to be painless or painful
I just read your original post and an ulcer wouldn't make your lymph nodes swell
Lymphoma which I think you are concerned about having is a more complex issue but with all the ones that I have looked at have only 1 swelling and it can be easily diagnosed by a specialist by having blood tests and also a small biopsy
But. I Know it's easy to say but try not to worry and hopefully you will be looked at soon and get to the bottom of your problem
Thank you very much Kevin.
I did FBC last week but the results were fine..I'm just worried , but I'm praying hard
