Hello

I have swollen flaccid Penis after excessive masturbation. (for 2-2.30 hours continuously without ejaculation)

Now my penis has become very sensitive.

Even when I take a shower penis become semi-erect.
(When water hit the penis it becomes semi- erect)

After ejaculation, It takes around 30-40 minutes for penis to become flaccid.

What can I do?
