I currently have a sinus infection and woke up with what seems like a swollen salivary gland? Basically the back side of the tongue, where the lingual lymph nodes would be, is so swollen the flesh is coming up over my teeth...it’s the underside of the tongue of that makes sense. It’s slightly painful. If this a gland?
