Swollen veins under penis head and foreskin

I should have posted about this a long time ago, as i've had it for years now but it has never caused pain or discomfort. only anxiety. It has gotten a little bit worse over time. I have prominent veins beneath my foreskin, under the penis head. i feel like it alters the shape of my penis head at the bottom and am scared it will alter my penile function later in life. I am 19 yo and have only ever had protected sex. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I have the same thing and I am 21, I am sure that it is nothing to worry about as I have seen lots of people post this same thing.
