Symprove worked for me

After several visits to the doctors and numerous tests that revealed nothing wrong with my stomach/intestines I was told I most likely had IBS. I am 47 years old, and had always had a sensitive stomach, but it had progressively gotten worse over the course of several months with bouts of diarrhea, cramps, bloating and a rolling stomach. I read some reviews of Symprove and thought that I would give it a try, the price being justified if it worked. After around 2 or 3 weeks I notice less bloating though my stomach was still 'iffy'. Gradually over the weeks it settled more and more until after about 7 to 8 weeks I was experiencing almost no bloating or diarrhea and less cramps. I am now almost at the 12 week stage and I'm very impressed with the change. Touch wood almost all of the symptoms have gone and my stomach feels normal.

I strongly recommend that if you IBS then give Symprove a go, stick with it for the 12 weeks and hopefully it will make as much difference to you as it did to me. I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone but my experience is has been extremely positive. After this last week I'm going to drop to a half does a day and see how that goes.

I know for lots of people the price is quite high, but well worth the money if it works as well as it has for me.

Thanks Symprove'

Symprove you say simon, is that a tablet or powder, I have asthma so cant always take tablets, is that from your Dr, or a supplement? Thanks

Hi Deborah,

It's a liquid that you drink every morning, it taste link juice and is a supplement. I did some research before buying it and most of the reviews are positive so I though I'd give it a go as they had a deal 12 week supply for the price of 8. It's not cheap but as I say had great results. If you want more info you can contact them as they are really helpful if you have questions. If you decide to go for it then I hope it works

Hi,

i am on day 3 of symprove 12 week course and I can't believe the difference. I suffer from constipation, bloating and fatigue. I've tried everything and I can't believe the improvement in just 3 days . I have eaten bread which was a no go before. I am so happy. I do hope it lasts

Great to hear that, it's worked well for me, I have had the odd 'dodgy belly' now and again but it settles quickly. Good luck

Hi Simon, I am just waiting for my 1st weeks of symprove to be delivered. I have colitis & bile acid malabsorption (currently controlled with prescription meds) & ibs-d & fructose malabsorption (currently not controlled & waiting to see specialist dietician at end of july). I have had to eliminate fruit, veg & salad from my diet as I can't digest them, suffer from dreadful fatigue, chronic bloating, & random stomach cramp/spasms & occasional random diarrea. I am about 80% better, but hope to gain more improvement by starting symprove. I hope to gain 3 main things: 1) more energy/less fatigue 2) ability to start eating fruit/veg/salad again without stomach ache/diarrea/undigested food in stool & 3) to reduce/eliminate chronic bloating. Did you have success with any of these 3 symptoms after starting symprove? Any comments/experiences from everyone welcomed. Thankyou in advance!

After suffering these symptoms for going on three months now I will try anything

Have had lots blood tests wee and stool test checked ovaries and celiac inflammation etc etc all negative

Tried buscopan

Mebravine mintec peppermint

Had probiotics tabs drink

At my wits end sooooo fed up

who do you purchse symprove from simon?

IT takes months and months to settle down, I found the membravrine tablets ok but your need to take them 20 mins before your meal, I took them for 4 months then when IBS settled came off, and took again if it flared up.  When I went to A and E dr told me to avoid wheat, so I have never eaten it in large quantities since, that was the main culprit, you can buy wheat free bread, pasta, I eat porridge for breakfast with chopped up dried apricots, both are good for digestion.  Avoid caffeine and alcohol, and cows milk, try soya instead.  Its mainly our awful western diet thats the cause.  Hope it settles down for you eventually.

Hi debs thanks for replying

Mine started after iron pills !! I am so fe up the symptoms change all the time from washing machine tummy to hard tummy to pain in tummy

At the moment I'm waking up with gasy belly and feeling dreadfully sick

What would you recommend debs

I have no one to speak to about this I also have a new baby which it's taking it's toll in itself

Shall I go back to the docs and ask for any other tests !!!!

Could be stress after the baby, hormones bit mixed up too, none of us feel right after a baby, may have to just put up with it till baby sleeping through the night, try avoiding wheat though and cows milk, peppermint tablets, and aloe vera are working for my IBS now.  When baby goes for a sleep after a feed, try and get your head down and rest as well, even if you dont sleep, your still resting, thus easing your symptoms, try a frozen bag of peas wrapped in a teatowel on your sore tum, then a hot water bottle, finish with the frozen peas, sounds weird but it does work. Nadia you dont say how old your baby is?

7 month

ok nadia I feel for you, you have enough to cope with a young baby, try the things I mentioned in my last reply, good luck, just muddle through best you can, and eat as healthy as possible. Fresh foods are always best. and rest, and enjoy this precious time.

Thanks debs do you think it's worth going back to doctor !!! How is your belly xxx

No not at this moment in time you have done all you can for now, just try and relax more, I know easier said than done, IBS can clear off when you least expect it, mine flares up around period or in my case menopause, mines a little iffy at mo, still on the husks, may come off them tomorrow feel bloated.  Im trying to get back to work soon, so focusing on something different may help, who knows.  Oh forgot to mention walking is good for IBS, weathers good, take baby in pram, honestly it does help! x

Yrs I take dogs out feel ok after about ten mins ..... Do you think they would of come up in the tests if it was something sinister x

When you say it can last a while how long would normal be xxx

Can take 3 to 6 months when severe, but if you rest, relax, walk and pay great attention to a healthy diet, it should go quicker.
