this drives me insane last week i was at the hospital with chest pains as soon as i have all the tests and its fine i accept it now i have pins and needles in my head like something is crawling in my brain and itchy as soon as one symptom clears another arrives can this real be anxiety i feel like my brain is bleeding

Chest pains and pins n needles in various parts can be Anxiety but best to get it checked by your doctor to be safe.

I can really relate to this, and I been having the same for symptoms for maybe three months now. Its horrible. Initially it was breathing problems from panic attacks, but it turned into something ugly after I went to the ER. I had this weird head sensation, like cold liquid running inside my skull, which terrified me. That went away, but the stress caused me to have pins and needles in my head, often worse in the afternoon for me. Mornings are always the best time for me. And I have had blood counts, ct brain scans and I been trying to find an answer but there is no closure. I hope my experience can help you feel at least a bit comfortable that there is someone who is going through the same thing.

The tests that were done all came back nominal, forgot to add that.
Omg I know exactly how u feel haha. I have had sooo many different physical symptoms from anxiety over the last few years. As soon as I find out I’m okay and I’m not dying, that particular symptom disappears and a new one takes its place… I try and find the humor in it by saying ‘well eventually my body will run out of new symptoms to produce?? lol it has to end sometime!’
- On a separate note, I currently have the tingling on the scalp also, like literally right now haha. I also have a lot of itching, but it’s mostly on my neck/arms/hands. Do you experience that at all?
I too, get that cold feeling in my brain lol. Like there’s cold liquid in there, along with the pins and needles. Soooo annoying -_-
