I get symptoms all day. Like neck ache/pressure, tiredness and so much more. I could wake up feeling crap and then a few hours later my symptoms might decrease in intensity and I hardly notice them. Then all of a sudden the rear their ugly head and come back intense again. Anyone else get this?
Hi Sarah,I suffer with Anxiety so know how you feel! Poor you.Have you got a good health food shop? They have things to help! Eg rescue remedy, is wonderful, also kalms are very good.At night take a warm drink to bed eg milk& honey or chamomile & honey tea back.Lavender is also very soothing with oil eg almond oil.Have you tried reflexology or aromatherapy? Both very good for stress.Anxiety is not nice.I have been like this since childhood! Good luck.Amanda
Thank you for your reply! I do take kalms and also use rescue remedy and they do help. I'm going To try everything you have suggested as I hate feeling like this.

I feel drained most of the time. Been out for a few hours and now home my anxiety has peaked. Have pressure in my head and just feel like crap but have to carry on as have 2 little ones to look after. In from South East London. X
