Has any ever experience a OB getting worse while on meds? Was recently diagnosed, got Vacyclovir 1000mg ×2 for 10 days, however the blisters are now on both sides of my vaginal lips and a bus. it’s like it is spreading instead of getting better. I am at my wits end. Please any advice is greatly appreciated!!
boost your immune system
-start a daily vitamin C regimen
-get plenty of sunlight for vitamin D or take a fermented cod liver oil supplement
-manage your stress through exercise or meditation etc
for me, stress plays a HUGE part of how frequent my outbreaks are
