had unprotected sex a little over a month ago, ive spoken to the guy and he swears he is clean although when we had sex there was a lump on his penis (not a sore or multiple just one bump like a spot ??? is this normal to get spots on your penis) i am now panicking i have been getting severe aches and pains at night time (but only at night time) in my shoulder/hands/fingers could this be a symptom of herpes? have had no sores or anything on my vagina etc.
please help im so terrified.
It could’ve been a cist, which are similar to skin tags, natural body abnormalities. Can often appear like a spot. The pain you have been feeling at night is unrelated to those symptoms of Herpes or any other related STI.
I would go to the doctor and see what they suggest, could perhaps instead be a muscular pain, or simply put on by stress or perhaps over thinking about your encounter. Hoping this puts your mind at ease

i have been to the doctors and had some xrays and blood tests just awaiting the results and worrying myself silly i guess. had read that herpes could cause you to ache lots before an outbreak.
