Did any of you with HSV2 have experienced excessive amount ofvaginal discharge with slightly a unpleasant odor?
I always read about how HSV2 doesnt have these symptoms but I tested negative for everything else!

Herpes may cause an odourless watery discharge in some cases. Sounds like yours is not due to herpes. Were you tested for yeast and BV?
Hi, I've just been diagnosed with HSV2 as well, and I happen to have the same thing. So you arent alone. I asked my doctor about it, and she said it's my body fighting off the virus as much as it can. And it can be worse for some, as the antibiotics (if you're taking any) can cause a little bit of thrust too.
I found that I have to clean down there every hour at least to try and stop it smelling so much. I've been using warm water with femfresh body wash in the water, really diluted down. And cleaning with cotton wool pads, (don't use the cotton wool balls as the fibres can come off and irritate the area more).
I also have to wear sanitary pads throughout the day and night.

Herpes can trigger other issues like BV. If the discharge is not watery, then it may be due to BV, etc. Herpes itself does not cause thick or odoured discharge, and for some it causes no discharge whatsoever, not even watery.
