Sorry. Not sure why you wouldn’t just get glasses or contacts? Myopia isn’t something people usually correct with surgery assuming everything else with your eyes is essentially normal.
Do not mess around with your perfectly correctable eyesight. If you read this forum you’ll see all the issues people can have when they have necessary surgery for cataracts. Why would you want to risk any sort of complications, or potentially worse vision, by having unnecessary surgery?
Why on earth you’d like to have an IOL implanted?
If you want to be glasses / contact lenses free, just go for a laser correction.
Woth an IOL you lose your accommodation so you will HAVE to use glasses, either for near or far and no laser surgery can correct it anymore.
Multifocal IOLs exist but they have horrible visual disturbances.
Keep your natural lens for as long as you can, anything artificial, no matter how advanced is much worse than your natural lens.
Not to mention that any surgery bears a risk of a failure.
