Syphilis causing hard lumps on Ribs?

It’s possible that I contracted Syphilis some time early last year - when tested for STI’s (HIV, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia all negative), I ended up not getting tested for Syphilis specifically, which I consider(ed) a possibility as I’ve exhibited light symptoms - long term testicular ache, moderate pains in the armpit area without any swelling/discoloration, a light red spot that briefly appeared above the urethra without any sort of textural change, rare light painless rash spots on hands and feet, mouth sores and cankers, frequent urination soon after hypothetical contraction, and light nausea/loss of appetite.

However, I’ve also discovered small inflammations that appear as hard lumps at various costal cartilage areas (sternum/cartilage joint, cartilage/bone connection, sternoclavicular joints, and a curious potential tiny lump+pain on the right collarbone itself assuming it stays as is and is related to the other issues), starting with the connection of my 2nd or so left rib to the sternum nearly a full year ago. More have appeared since, all in costal areas, and none of them have grown to any noticeable degree after finding it for the first time, indicating that they aren’t “growing” the way a tumor would. They also have potentially been reacting/appearing due to posture and trauma such as pressing or rubbing a certain spot heavily while trying to figure out what’s going on in that area. The first ones appeared after some pain in the area, and would leave lingering pains after touching, but they seem to have lost most of that pain, while the newest lumps seem to react closer to the way the first ones used to. To my knowledge tumors don’t typically “lose” pain like this, and would typically stay as one lump that grows instead of various smaller ones that stay consistent.

If I did contract Syphilis when I believe I did, I should be in either the Secondary or Dormant stage. It seems Syphilis can affect bones and joints in similar ways to the ones I have described, but finding examples specific to the symptoms I’m experiencing have been vague at best due to Syphilis symptoms’ flexible nature. I’ve been attributing these issues to Tietze’s syndrome potentially caused by untreated Syphilis, as I’ve found various discussions of Tietze’s patients experiencing multiple lumps whereas I have been unable to find any similar manner of spreading present in discussions of Tumor patients. Does this sound like a plausible conclusion?
