in 2011 i noticed a syphiloma on my penis, but unfortunately i didn't recognize it as syphiloma. A few days later i took amoxicillin, given by my doc, for tonsillitis.
In 2012 i did the routine mst exams and i discovered i've had siphylis. Vdrl was - and tpha +; the doctor just said it was a previous event of syphilis, maybe treated by the amoxicillin , so he decided it was not necessary to do any treatment.
i decided to trust the doctor.
i've repeated mst exams every year without any change. Actually Vdrl is neg and TPHA is 1/80 .

IgG banda 453: neg
IgG banda17: pos +
IgG banda 15: neg
IgM banda 47: neg

Which could be the clinical interpretation ?
is this latent syphilis or is the sign of a previous treatment?
in case of a 3rd latent syphilis, which could be the best clinical approach for treatment? and wich is the best treatment in case of involment of heart or other organs?
