I discovered these painless red rashes around December 2022 and i suspect them being a Syphilis based on its symptoms and images. I've had sex once in my life and it's unprotected around December 2021, since then these rashes are not there until December 2022. Then I've had my antibody tests for HIV, Syphilis, and HbsAg test at our reproductive health center around March 2022 with the results of non-reactive. Those rashes are still at my foreskin, and shaft but they are keeping on changing locations. I'm worried what these rashes are because it does not have any symptoms of any std. Today is June 2023.
