hi was wondering if anybody can help,i have had syphilis in the past and worried i might have picked it up again. i had oral sex given to me by a male and i am male too. I have a lump near my penis but not sure if its from an in grown hair but i did squeeze it a little and some fluid came out. I feel a little unwell like lethargic and was wondering if that might be a lymph node that i squeezed, i dont really have any other symptons but the feeling of being unwell was like the last time
