hey i read through all the SMAL PRINT to see if you can drink on these tablets, im not a heavy drinker but was looking forward to a few glasses over the weekend when I am out. Has anyone had a bad experience when drinking with these?

Nope - no problems. But it will slow up your weight loss, all those empty calories. I've been drinking though and have still lost a respectable 4 kg in 4 weeks, which I'm happy with. However I may try cutting out the booze and see what happens! :lol:

whats 4 kg in stone? LOL im no good with conversions! yes i know empty calories LOL but im only planning on a couple and its only cos im off out for the night! :-) ta xxxx
there's about 2.2 pounds in each kg, so 4kg = 8.8lbs - good going!
