Taking meds in a morning

Hi

Does anyone who is taking these meds find that if you take a tab at a different time than usual ie 630am mon to Fri then 9am on a weekend that you feel s**t all day when generally ok on the prescription?

I take sertraline in the evening.so im not so familiar with the effect

Hmm! Not sure to be honest as I feel like s**t most of the time anyway. I think it's important that you try to take at the same time everyday if you can. Maybe take a little later in the week to match your weekend and see if it helps. Good luck

I seem to be okay if I take it a few hours apart sometimes.

How long have u been on setraline

Since Dec. Started at 25mg and increased slowly 25mg at a time ..now I'm on 125mg. Panic attacks have stopped ..more or less and I'm sleeping better but still feel exhausted and am unable to go out most of the time.

What's causing you not to go out ?

I think I'm having trouble leaving the house because I was having full blown panic attacks in shops. It seems to be fairly common with anxiety the inability to leave the house.

I was just checking to see if you had similar problems to me . I had to continue to work and I used to shake and feel like jelly before setting off then felt spaced out until I had eaten but literally had to force some food in . This lasted around 12 weeks then felt ok for a while then upped the dose to 100 from 50 . Currently 6 weeks and anxiety as subsided somewhat but still feel a bit shaky on a morning x
