I am on orlistat ans feel bloated always also have not reduced but put on. My intake is low fat and high carbs diet.
Not sure if i am missing on to follow something.
Hi radha sorry to hear you are still struggling. You say you're having high carbs? If so in my opinion that may be the problem. I think this because cards bloat me and make me more hungry. xx
