taking pregabalin for anxiety

Hi im new to forums..i suffer from depression and anxiety, ive tried numerous anti-depressants but only make my anxiety worse. I just wondered how many hours apart do you take your pregabalin, im on 100mg x 3, I feel I have withdrawal effects, heightened anxiety and very emotional after about 2 hours of taking my dose. I'm supposed to take every 6 hours. Any input would ne greatly appreciated

I had a similar issue two years ago. I started drinking water before eating. I started walking 5 minutes every day after eating. It helps
