My Left Eye pains without any underlying cause, went to Neurologist , did VEP came NORMAL. Went to Opthamologist, all fine. Can Anxiety cause eye pain or strain ?? Anyone felt this ..
yes I have had that . my tests were also normal. One thing that can cause eyestrain and even a pain is too much looking at phones with bright screens or iPads etc. for many hours at a time. if you have this, set your phone for comfort view in Settings because it makes a big difference . it changes the color to a more eye soothing one .

yup anxiety can cause alot of eye problems and even certain medications can too
