I had thyroid cancer and both Dede’s removed 6 years ago and have had zero problems. Gif s few weeks now I’ve noticed high testing pulse around 90 and it gets as high as 145. It has awaken me up the past 3 nights at 119. I am waiting on lab results now but why would this suddenly start happening?

Your metabolism could have changed in a way that leaves you over medicated. Your tests will enable your physician to tell. Get the test results and share them here for more fact based advice.
Well there is your answer right there. As I expect you know, the lower your TSH, the higher the amount of thyroid hormone in your bloodstream - it’s an inverse measure. Your TSH is way off the scale low. The lowest it should be is .32. Fast heart rate is a well-known sign of being over-medicated so see your physician and relate your symptoms. I would expect they would decide to cut your dosage of meds.
Can you post what dosage you are on. Has it been changed in the last while?
Levothroxine .125 it was changed 2 or 3 years ago .i weigh 148 but I’ve lost 20 lbs the past year (gall bladder surgery). Maybe the weight loss has something do with it. I am 52 yr old female.
That could be. In any case, 120 is not a low dose and I’m thinking it needs to be lowered because the heart rate and low TSH typically indicate over medication. It’s something doctors warn about and it’s well understood. Get it lowered ASAP.
