I took mirtazapine 15mg for 28 days, looking to come off them. i have been taking 7.5mg for 3 nights now. just wondering how long i should taper off for?
That’s a short time to be on 15mg of mirtazapine 28 days, so dare I say it but it should be quite easy to come off either straight away or taper, personally for that length of time you will be fine..
