paroxetine was my first drug. Then switched to escilatopram, then to fluoxetine and after again prx then again esc and finally sertraline
tried all of them and my favor was prx🤗 but as I wrote in the other topic cant use it right now have to be on sert. I replied my docs advice in the other discussion topic how to taper off and switch. I faced difficulties while tapering prx off cause it is the worst drug for withdrawal sympthoms but some time ago while switching to prx from sert I immediately made this switch and the next day took prx and no issues faced. But it changes one to another so we can not predict what you are gonna face if you do it cold turkey. Best answer will come from your doc.
Hi scarlet I was on 100mgs and the doctor told me to drop it to 50mgs for a wk. And then nothing for a wk and then I can go back on paroxatine. Hopefully I’ll get my mind and my life back 🌹
