Hi I need help withdrawing from this drug I’ve been on for 10 years.
I’ve been doing a slow taper I’m on 12-13MG. How can I bring this to the next level
& get to 10MG? Anything that helps?
My doctor said I could take as low as 10MG
You need to get a pill crusher and reduce by 10% of your current dose per week maximum.

Cut the tablet in half.
50% reduction after being on the drug for 10 years is far, far too big a jump in my opinion. I suffered massively after being on 2.5mg for 2 years then reducing by 1/4 each week!
