I have been struggling with tarsal tunnel as they say tibial nerve is entrapped in scar tissue and another surgery could make it worse? please any help
i had scar build up from hand surgery so thick i could not close my hand. my doctor injected xiaflex into the scar tissue which only dissolves collagen which is what scar tissue is made up . this is a painful procedure only done one time and was well worth the outcome. all scar material in my hand was totally dissolved.
