I've always had a tight frenulum. Sex was always a little painful and I always felt as though I was never really able to 'let loose' (for want of a better expression!) when haviing, as I always felt as though it was on the verge of snapping.
Saw my GP who referred me, and I had a frenuloplasty. It seemed to heal nicely and looked good, too. I don't believe he even used any stitches. My frenululm was now presumably a good length.
I didn't touch it for the full 6 weeks just to be on the safe side.
Went out and took some girl home and had sex and all was fine.
Went out again a few nights back and took a different girl home and had fairly rough sex, and at one point, I felt a strange sensation (didn't even particularly hurt at the time) and then realised that there was lots of blood. I assume i've teared the frenulum slightly?
At the moment (a few days after) I can't even see a tear, although it hurts a little if I try to pull the foreskin back. There is also a large bruise on the head of my penis next to the frenulum.
I guess my question is how could this happen? I mean, is the frenulum always at risk of snapping even in a 'healthy'(normal frenulum) penis?
I'm not sure whether I need another operation or whether it's just the way things are.
Surely other people are able to have fairly rough sex without damage, though?
Anyone experienced the same, even after a frenuloplasty?
