when did symfony become available in Canada?
Symfony became available Dec 2016 thereabouts. Some provinces mat have had them earlier but here I recall first cataract surgeries with them were around Christmas 2016. I actually gad a discussion with one of the first to get them. She had them about 4 months at the time.
