[Teenager asking for help] Need help identifying white lumps on my p

These small white lumps appeared overnight and is making me very anxious. I have had them for over two weeks now. I am 20 years old and a virgin. I have never had sex and am not sexually active at the moment. Can someone please help me identify them? I have been searching online and I thought them to be fordyce spots.

Sam, the essential are you are you have never been exposed to sexual related contact issues - that is where the majority of issues come from.
The other is, this is the location where several different types of glands can develop - the most common one is Tyson’s Glans, another is often referred to as Parafrenular Glands. It is possible that they are Fordyce, but more likely glands.
If you want to research these yourself try this search term (I cannot post external web addresses) -
Genital Lumps and Bumps - What is Normal

Hey, thanks for the reply. I researched and i am now more inclined towards what you mentioned that they are irritated glands and not fordyce spots. However, there is not much information about them readily available. I have a few questions among which the most pressing one is whether these glands will go away on their own or not? Most sources only say they are normal and does not require treatment but they fail to mention how long before they are completely gone. Hoping you might have some insight on this matter, thanks in advance.

Lol, sorry - most men have then for life !
Treatment does not equate with normal - normal means they are a natural part of having an adult penis.
And yes, some can fade - you may get others that can become even more distinct.
Every male is an individual - for example I do not have any spots, glands or papules that are a natural part of many men’s penises - some get some, others get basically everything possible very distinctly.
It is an individual thing, called normality
