I have been struggling with a mouth/tooth issue for nearly two years. Have had various symptoms since the beginning, would be here all day if I tried to list them all. Currently when my mouth is closed , all around the front teeth and gums is very dry, like a suction. But the inside of my mouth is wet, am always swallowing.
As the front of my mouth and inner gums are dry, they feel puffy and sore.
Between each individual bottom teeth, feels as if they are lined up and down with , I’m gonna called it plague. This feels sharp and as its foreign to my mouth, my tongue can’t stop rubbing the back of my teeth. In turn, my tongue gets sore and I constantly have little cuts or pimples on my tongue. To prevent this, I chew gum all day long, I dislike gum.
Tried numerous mouth guards. I use them to sleep with. Still trying various ones, maybe I will find a good one eventually.
Have visited my dentist numerous times. An oral surgeon, an Endodontic, a Periodontist, and a Prothodontist . Even went to the Baltimore school of dentistry (that dentist basically dismissed me, I was so upset by her) At least the others tried. I had one file down my front teeth (that was a mistake) Another told me my teeth were dying from the inside, only to be dismissed by another. My tounge was too big. But the general diagnosis was, there is nothing wrong with me, healthy teeth, healthy gums.
Meanwhile, the whole mouth thing is driving me crazy. A few weeks before this all started
I got shingles under my arm. That of course has gone, but did leave me with Postherpetic_neuralgia. Dr says it cant be related, but I wonder.
Anyone else with crazy symptoms like these
