Tell me your symptoms

Hey all was just curious as to what symptoms you all have/get. Any constant symptoms that are there 24/7?.. and what triggers your symptoms,

Thanks

I have 24/7 pain in my back, neck, chest and neck mainly! Like sometimes sharp, sometimes sort of throbbing? But they move around every.. single.. day!

9 months now.. I've also had heart palps, pains in my head,

But my only 24/7 is pains.

You?

Hi gemma, thanks for the reply.

my main 24/7 symptoms are

Shortness of breath

Chest back and neck pain

Leg pain

Fatigue

Dry mouth and difficulty swallowing

I have a massive list of symptoms i experience

Mine are on my sides, back, hip abdomen and chest. Then random joint pains. They move all around as well. I have taken every test and learning to accept it's anxiety...

my symptoms 24/7

- Feeling of unreality ; detach from myself

- shortness of breath

- palpitation (not 24/7)

- dizziness ; offbalance like vertigo

- irregular heartbeat

- twitching anywhere on body

- numbness

Main symptoms are neck ache, lower back ache, cluster headaches and pins/needles either in my foot, arm or half side of my head. I also had frequent weakness in my limbs, twitching when tired and palpitations.

These use to be daily, but thankfully learning to manage them better with cbt and not googling every symptom, these have become far less frequent. I still get a knot in my chest most days, and i do suffer the random pains but the pins/needles and weakness in limbs have significantly reduced.

My angst started when I was 16 with my first panic attack and altho I've had periods of remission (as I call them) without actual attacks (thanx to medication and group therapy), I have 24/7 generalized anxiety.  If I were to list all of the symptoms, I'd need more space than allowed.   I won't see 65 again so you KNOW how long I've been suffering and will continue to until I'm over.

Hey thanks for the reply, what tests have you had? And do you suffer from anxiety attacks aswell...

Yep that sounds alot like me its awful

Could you message me the symptoms and how you manage it, i had a rough time with anxiety 4 years ago and than it sort of just went away but now its back and im struggling im only 22

That sounds a lot similar to me. Except on top of anxiety I am anaemic and have quite a few gastrointestinal disorders so I'm not sure if it's anxiety or not but I'm starting to think t may play a big part

Symptoms that pop up and plague my daily life, multiple times a week

1. Off balance/ dizzy feeling

2. Brain fog/ detached from reality

3. Stomach aches/acid reflux and other gastrointestinal issues

4. Inability to focus/ obsess over small things

5. Inability to catch my breath even when not exercising

6. Pounding heart

7. Feeling warm even though no fever

8. Overall sick feeling creeps up chronically and makes it hard to do daily activities

I am also anaemic (although it has been mostly addressed) and have some other issues but I think anxiety plays a bigger part than I thought.

Hello addie thanks for the reply! Wowsers all thise symptoms are pretty much me on a daily basis aswell.. although i havnt been diagnosed as anemic i am definitely alot more pale than i was before all this started

This is m, except anemic. Let's hlp each other

Hi:  All you have to do to find out the symptoms for anxiety and depression, is to check the net.  I think I've had them all.

Like you, I had period when I fell somewhat free of the debilitating symptoms  (when not under stress and when I didn't think about my body and what it was going thru). I highly recommend group therapy -- look for one near you -- sometimes church groups have them for young people.  I could not do with only therapy alone tho, I had to take anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medication (which I am still on) to get over the times when they reared their ugly heads again.  Having someone to talk with about this helps and if you have family and/or friends open up to them.  You'll find that most people are willing to help -- even teachers.  I don't know what else to type except my heart goes out to you and I wish you good luck.

I have tried seeing a therapist and it wasnt much help.. i have just started 30mg cymbalta so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the kind words
