Temporary Tunnel Vision and Colourblindness

First I'll start by saying I am short sighted (-4.5), have mild red green colourblindness and moderate visual snow.

Over the past year or so every so often, maybe once a month, I've been getting what I can only describe as temporary tunnel vision. Basically, all of a sudden my peripheral vision is no existent and instead it looks more like the dark splodge you see after looking at a light source. A similar singular dark spot can be seen in the centre of my vision also.

I also recently experienced what I'd describe as temporary colourblindness for the first time yesterday. The only colours I usually have difficulty with are green and orange, brown and green/orange, red and brown, and dark blue and dark purple (like most people). Although, yesterday I went on to Facebook messenger and everything that I knew was supposed to be a bold blue was instead pink. I googled "blue" to make sure it wasn't a problem with the app and that one shade of blue still looked pink. Most darker and lighter shades looked blue, as they were supposed to, but that one shade of blue and a few similar shades looked very much pink.
