Temporomandibular Joint (Jawline) seems to be swollen after Wisdom Tooth extraction

I had my bottom right Wisdom tooth taken out about 3 weeks ago and I noticed something strange. Around my jawline is still a little swollen. Did anyone else have this issue after going to the dentist? Everytime I go see my Dentist he just says it will go down. I'm getting a little worried. It makes my face look a little puffy when I clench my teeth. One Wisdom tooth taken out should change my jawline
