Ten Years Younger

never mind the television programme, it's now me! I'm 54 but once again I feel like I'm in my early 40s. Last night I went for an hour's walk with my husband and the dog. Four months ago I couldn't walk to the end of the street. I've had ups and downs but so worth it.

Hi Catrin, I have been told by more than one person that I look 10 years younger. I must say I feel so much better since I've hadmy hip done. xx
