Tender lump under foreskin for the past 4 months?

Hey all,

I’m a 27 year old guy and I’ve had a tender lump under my foreskin for the past 4 months.

It comes and goes, and is most prominent during and after erections, however, it’s most tender during this time too. The discomfort is minimal, however I would prefer not having the issue.

The only thing I can think of that perhaps caused this issue is I had been masterbating more frequently and for longer sessions over the past hear to try and treat my premature ejaculation, and maybe I damaged it somehow?

Is there any way to get rid of this?

The imgur site keeps blocking me from viewing the photo, but it sounds like you have a penile lymphocele (Google). Stop masturbating for a week or two and the condition should resolve.

I still have the issue, it comes and goes, however, it hasn’t been feeling tender recently. Does this look like a lymphocele? Can it get worse?

Thanks for posting the photo. The location of the lump (close to the coronal sulcus) and its appearance would certainly fit for a lymphocele, so my advice stands.
