I forget who it was who lives in BC (Canada) and is also a Milos Raonic fan. Cathy? Rose? Anyway, wanted to check in and see if you saw his match today. I won't say anything in case you haven't seen it but let me know when you do.
I record almost all my tv shows and watch them later, mostly so I can zip through commercials. I have a friend who continually sends me results of different sports things,.....forgetting that I may not have watched it yet. Grrrrrr. So I'm being mindful of that here!
Thanks for checking in. It's me who is the Milos Raonic fan. Unfortunately, I didn't see the match. We don't have TSN, just basic and I didn't want to pay the $14 for the Sports Network.
Anyway, I will get online and at least watch the highlights. Share later.
I am also watching Bloodline on Netflix as part of my recovery activity.
I watched highlights of round 4? Total power game then highlights of round 3, beautiful contrast. Suffice to say, I will try and download TSN Go. If not, now is the time for me to get it.
I recorded the Raonic match so will watch this a.m. I will also watch for your favourite, Renee.
Can you please tell me which main stretches you do Renee? My physio said lifting my operated leg after the glute exercises would be good but mentioned no others at this point? My surgical leg still has limited mobility in terms of being able to lift it when standing with it bent.
Just an observation as limited range of motion was the key reason for me deciding to have the surgery.
I had a really good day yesterday, went for a hike with my husband in a beautiful marine park-some pain later but not bad.
How is your recovery coming along Renee? You are such a marvellous cheerleader on this forum.🌻💐❤️
Yes, Milos' match against Sam Querry was a nail biter for sure. Tomorrow morning he plays against Federrer. I think Roanic won their last match. I'll be up early watching!
I thought I responded to your post earlier, Renee but I don't see it. Dustin Brown is a real cutie for sure. Fun to watch. I have crushes on a few of the players......Gilles Simon. Gael Monfils. I could go on.........
Yes, may the best player win......especially if his name is Milos Raonic! LOL
I am not doing any stretches at all. Have not been told to do any. I do the exercises I was sent home with and that is all except for walking.
I do know I would just love to stretch out in the water; I can't go in the water for a few more weeks while the incision is still healing. But the thought of lying out on top of the water, stretching everything, just sounds divine!
I'm lying in bed this morning watching the Raonic/Federer match. Won't say anything since I don't know where you all are in it but my fingers are crossed for Milos!
I won't either however think that by now you have seen this unbelievable match !!! WOW ... that's all I am saying - I am rooting for him who won this match
Yes, everyone who is paying attention to the tennis must know by now that Raonic beat Federer and is in the finals. So exciting. It was an amazing match and Milos really showed how much he has grown in the past few years as a tennis player. I can hardly wait for tomorrow morning!!!!
Wimbledon is playing a huge role in my LTHR recovery! I've been so content to sit and rest and watch tennis. My brain hasn't been as good at reading or watching tv that takes much thought......but I've been able to handle tennis!
