I have been taking teriparatide for 14 months. My last blood tests indicated very mildly raised liver enzymes: GGT 44 and ALT 40 but the ALP was 196. I have a fatty liver and am overweight with moderate alcohol intake of about 16-18 units.
Does anyone know if teriparatide coukd be the cause of an ALP spike please?
