Have any of you experienced having gas in your chest and or back? Yesterday I had it in my chest area now today I have it in my lower back above the buttocks. I'm due for a period in a few days so I guess it's pms playing up. Anyone else get this?
Yup! Often! For me, anyway, I'm pretty sure it is because my digestion is messed up. When I take a digestive enzyme, it's better. My worst symptom is digestive. It's awful
Yeah mine too. It triggers my anxiety too. This is a rocky ride we're on.
Yes, this belching and fullness is horrible. My anxiety increased as well thinking my symptoms was from heart problems 😮
I take protonix daily, and today I added an anti gas pill, still not much relief.. My period is due to start next week so I'm hoping this is the cause of my excessive gas... Ugggh perimenopause....
Yes it is definitely a troubling symptom especially when it is in your chest area. Anxiety goes into high gear. But then I start doing a physical assessment and realize it's just my anxiety which by the way can also produce excessive gas. My doctor told me that GI symptoms can trigger anxiety and anxiety can trigger GI symptoms such as gastritis, heartburn, etc. It's a vicious cycle.
