Terrible nausea after eating for 4 months. Help!

Hi,

Four months ago I had an MDMA pill that made me feel terrible for days. Symptoms included nausea, bloating, heartburn, and weakness. I thought it was just going to be a comedown, and eventually would disappear, but four months later, and after a 3 month treatment with a nutritionist, multiple appointments with doctors, and visits to the ER, I have to say that I'm still feeling bad. Every time I eat (sometimes even with an empty stomach), I will get extremely bloated and nauseous, to the point of feeling sleepy, sick, or terribly weak - Nausea gets worse when I commute, maybe due to motion. I tried having a paleo diet, along with supplements (zinc, magnesium, vitamin c, b12, digestive enzymes, bile producers, bitters) which seemed to control the symptoms but not really heal anything. I feel like there is something definitively wrong with me but I don't know what else to do. I lost so much weight due to dietary restrictions and appetite loss. I am not sure if it's related to my gallbladder, parasites, or if the MDMA pill triggered something. Please, if you have any lead, I would absolutely appreciate it. I'm quite desperate.

Best,

S

Try ginger tea I found that helps with nausea. Also ginger oat cakes. Eat little and often.

you may have acid reflux or gastritis. You need to see a gastroenterologist. Have you tried Zantac or nexium for a few days see if that helps. Drink water first thing in the morning and wait to eat for about half an hour after that. Keep it simple with the food.

MDMA might be the cause.  See your doctor.
